1′ We are underway in this Premier League clash between Wolves and Chelsea!

The teams are emerging at Molineux and we’re mere moments away from kick-off.

Wolves have lost nine Premier League games against Chelsea, their worst tally versus any side other than Liverpool (10).

That suggests larger problems may present themselves for the Blues down the line though. Their coach did a great job last term, but he needs to success replicate against key rivals too.

Some detractors have knocked at Lampard’s door this term despite their high standing; they haven’t beaten a team above 13th place this season. Wolves occupy that very spot today.

Subs: Kepa Arrizabalaga, Antonio Rudiger, Jorginho, Tammy Abraham, Mateo Kovacic, Billy Gilmour, Cesar Azpilicueta.

CHELSEA (4-3-3): Edouard Mendy; Reece James, Kurt Zouma, Thiago Silva, Ben Chilwell; Kai Havertz, N’Golo Kante, Mason Mount; Christian Pulisic, Olivier Giroud, Timo Werner.

Subs: Ki-Jana Hoever, Rayan Ait-Nouri, Vitinha, John Ruddy, Adama Traore, Max Kilman, Owen Otasowie.

WOLVERHAMPTON WANDERERS (3-4-3): Rui Patricio; Willy Boly, Conor Coady, Romain Saiss; Nelson Semedo, Leander Dendoncker, Ruben Neves, Fernando Marcal; Pedro Neto, Fabio Silva, Daniel Podence.

Meanwhile, Chelsea make just the one swap, with Christian Pulisic returning to the line-up in place of Mateo Kovacic.

The hosts are missing Joao Moutinho after his dismissal against Aston Villa last time out. Ruben Neves takes his place while Willy Boly also comes into the starting XI.

Nuno Espirito Santo’s team are looking to haul themselves out of the bottom half of the table though – and consecutive losses have left them hungry. They too have a point to prove.

Frank Lampard’s side lie fifth ahead of a the Christmas period, but suffered a blip last time in defeat to Everton. They’ll be desperate to get back on track today – and would go top with a win.
