Lawyers of Techiman City went to Accra High Court to apply for ex parte (injunction without notice).
Lawyer of the Ghana Football Association, Naa Odofoley Nortey showed up in court and said the GFA has entered an appearance despite not receiving the writ of summons.
Since the GFA has entered an appearance, nothing stops Congress from proceeding tomorrow.
Case will be argued at a later date.
