Hearts of Oak are set to lose key striker Joseph Esso who has rejected fresh contract terms from the former African champions, according to Kumasi-based Sikka FM.
The recruitment committee meet Joseph Esso and his manager yesterday to discuss on his contract renewal but hearts fail to meet his demands.
The player was demanding 50,000 a year and 4,500 as monthly salary whiles hearts was coating 30,000 for one year.
They will meet him on Monday to continue the discussion and see the way forward.
Hearts signed Esso as a free agent after his contract with Ebusua Dwarfs ran out in 2018 winter and paid him a whopping sum of GHC 100,000 as signing on fee with a monthly salary of GHC1,500.
